Measure twice before you buy

First, make sure that you have enough space for working out and storing all the essentials. Before buying any machine or fitness equipment, measure the space and compare the numbers with the product details. The last piece of advice concerns the need to ensure a sufficient supply of oxygen in the home gym. Be sure not to exercise in an area with no windows or at least basic ventilation.

Exercising with your own weight

If you decide to exercise with your own weight, no dumbbells or heavy and impractical machines are necessary.
