Premium body construction Chapman’s ML1 X’s thin lightweight Mahogany body and gloss Ash veneer is an exquisite blend of form and function and is perfect for the cross-genre musician. It’s ergonomically contoured but the shape and build also provides a balanced tonal foundation. Pickups The ML1 X delivers its tonal versatility through very own Chapman Consentus HSS set. With a 5 way switch you’ll dial in every tone you can dream of.

Macassar ebony is a hard, dense wood with a distinctive striped pattern in shades of black and brown. It offers a clear, crisp tone with excellent response and sustain. The humbucker-single-coil-single-coil configuration means that the guitar is equipped with one humbucker pickup and two single-coil pickups.
