The Safety DROPP continuous iron-concrete sinker is based on a proven shape for reliable retention on rough bottom relief, on edges or in strong current. It is designed for long casts but is equally suitable for balancing.

Just from the name Safety DROPP, we can use this type for a drop-off system, which is what the notch on the back of this type of concrete is for. The Drop-off system is used, for example, when fishing in obstructions or overgrown waters, for a safe catch.

• The DROPP has a perfectly positioned centre of gravity and therefore this type can very effectively
• transfer the entire weight of the concrete to the hook point during the bite, ensuring a deeper and more effective hook insertion
• The flat and oval shape allows for better weight distribution, reducing the sinking of the sinker into the mud and soft bottom. At the same time, the optimal weight distribution and the correct positioning of the centre of gravity allow a uniform sinking in the water column without unwanted rotation and tangling of the leader, even when sinking at great depths.
• The absorbency of the material makes it possible to sharpen or supercharge the ballast itself and thus deliver more attractive flavour to the feeding point. The porosity and rougher surface in turn allows for excellent adhesion when wrapping the weight with the wrapping paste, keeping it reliably on the weight even when force-feeding. Both methods significantly increase the attractiveness of your fishing spot.

All ECO Sinkers are certified and made of a special 7-component reinforced concrete mix that is non-toxic, eco friendly and meets modern environmental regulations.
They are not harmful to humans, animals, other animals and organisms when in contact with water.

Absorbency
ECO Sinkers ballasts are designed so that when soaked in water, dip, booster or other liquid they will not exceed their weight as marked on the ballast.

ECO Sinkers iron concrete ballasts have a higher volume weight per cc than other competitive alternatives to conventional lead ballasts, making them smaller and well suited for use in a variety of conditions.
