Guitars in the LTD Deluxe Series are designed to offer the tone, feel, looks, and quality that working professional musicians require in an instrument, while remaining affordable enough for serious players. With the EC-1000 EverTune BB, the “BB” stands for this guitar’s extra-thick metallic silver bold binding, which you’ll notice right away. But this guitar is more than great looking, with its set of EMG 60TW-R (neck) and EMG 81 (bridge) pickups, and a push-pull control to split the neck pickup. It offers 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets and the acclaimed EverTune constant tension bridge to keep your guitar in perfect tune at all points on the fingerboard under almost all circumstances.

Neck

Neck: Mahogany

The guitar features a mahogany neck for excellent strength and stability. Mahogany is known for its great resonance, contributing to a warm, rich tone with a distinctive mid-range.

Fretboard

Fretboard: Macassar Ebony

Macassar ebony is a hard, dense wood with a distinctive striped pattern in shades of black and brown. It offers a clear, crisp tone with excellent response and sustain. The Macassar ebony fingerboard is valued for its luxurious appearance and durability. This contributes to the precise playability and longevity of the instrument.

Pickups Configuration: HH

The humbucker-humbucker configuration means that the guitar is equipped with two humbucker pickups. It offers a powerful, full sound with high output and low noise, ideal for rock and metal.

Finish: Satin

The satin finish is popular for its ability to combine the properties of both a glossy and matte finish. This type of finish provides a soft sheen, less intense than gloss but more pronounced than matte. This creates a smooth to touch, lightly reflective surface which gives an elegant and sophisticated appearance. The satin finish is ideal for those looking for a balance between visual appeal and convenience, as it can hide small imperfections and fingerprints better than glossy surfaces.

Body: Mahogany

Mahogany is a dense wood that produces a warm, full tone with rich bass and a strong mid-range. It is known for its excellent sustain and resonance, giving it a deep and round sound.

Тype: Singlecut

A singlecut is a type of electric guitar with a single cutout in the top of the body to improve access to the higher frets. This design features a solid body that offers strong sustain and rich tone. Singlecut guitars are popular for their robust sound and comfort.
