The Phoenix-1000 EverTune marks the first time ESP paired the smooth, flowing curves of the Phoenix shape with the EverTune constant tension bridge system, allowing your guitar to remain in perfect tune, and perfect intonation up and down the neck, in nearly any conceivable environment. This guitar offers neck-thru-body construction, with a three-piece mahogany neck and mahogany body wings. Its Silver Sunburst Satin finish is matched on the guitar’s body (front and back), neck, and headstock. Its Macassar ebony fingerboard includes white binding, 22 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, and white pearloid ESP flag inlays. Components on the Phoenix-1000 EverTune include Grover tuners and a set of Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers (alnico in the neck position, ceramic in the bridge), with a push-pull control to activate each pickup’s second voicing, and black nickel covers that match the guitar’s black hardware and brushed black pickguard.
Macassar ebony is a hard, dense wood with a distinctive striped pattern in shades of black and brown. It offers a clear, crisp tone with excellent response and sustain. The Macassar ebony fingerboard is valued for its luxurious appearance and durability. This contributes to the precise playability and longevity of the instrument.
The satin finish is popular for its ability to combine the properties of both a glossy and matte finish. This type of finish provides a soft sheen, less intense than gloss but more pronounced than matte. This creates a smooth to touch, lightly reflective surface which gives an elegant and sophisticated appearance. The satin finish is ideal for those looking for a balance between visual appeal and convenience, as it can hide small imperfections and fingerprints better than glossy surfaces.
The humbucker-humbucker configuration means that the guitar is equipped with two humbucker pickups. It offers a powerful, full sound with high output and low noise, ideal for rock and metal.
The Hard/Heavy guitar is a solid electric guitar with high performance humbuckers, designed for playing hard rock and heavy metal. It has an aggressive, distorted sound and is designed for fast playing and strong sustain.
Mahogany is a dense wood that produces a warm, full tone with rich bass and a strong mid-range. It is known for its excellent sustain and resonance, giving it a deep and round sound.
The guitar features a mahogany neck for excellent strength and stability. Mahogany is known for its great resonance, contributing to a warm, rich tone with a distinctive mid-range.
