Few people can find out via the internet, from a description and a photo, whether a product will suit them 100%. Some people can decide faster than others, while others may need more time to consider.

With the "Extended returns" extra service, you get an additional 46 days to try out your new item. On top of the standard 14 days to return the item without giving a reason, you get an extra week, so you can return your new item to us at any time up to 60 days after purchase. For companies and legal entities, this period is a little shorter, as they have a total of 30 days to return the item with this service.

Try and return if it doesn't fit

We truly care about delivering your new joy just the way you want it. Try the product for longer and feel free to return your new item to us if your expectations of the product didn't meet reality.

  • You buy a gaming mouse for 25,90 €.
  • You also buy the extra Extended Return service with it.
  • You find out that the mouse doesn't suit your purposes, but it's been more than 14 days since you received it.
  • As you have purchased the Extended Returns service, you can return the goods to us and get your money back, even if the standard return period has already expired.

  • You buy a speaker for 389 €.
  • You also buy the extra service Extended Return with it.
  • However, the product did not meet your expectations and you want to return it, but more than 14 days have passed since it was delivered to you.
  • However, you have purchased the Extended Returns service, so you will return the goods to us and we will refund your money.

Can the service be purchased retroactively?
You can purchase this service on the day of delivery or before delivery.

Can I unpack the product and try it out?
Yes, but this only applies to products that are not in the personal care and hygiene category.

From which date does the return period start?
The return period starts from the date of delivery of the goods and is 60 days for natural persons and 30 days for legal entities.
