Extremely unhappy with the way package delivered and lack of response to two emails sent to your company including photos of delivery regarding state of package delivered. Expected more from your company and would like a reply to emails sent. Please reply . This was a present and not meant to be opened but if you look at the photos sent you will see that the package was opened . Very disappointed with service and lack of contact regarding our purchase
