MIDI IN (x1) and OUT (x2), micro USB type B, Sync IN & OUT, 3 melodic tracks, each with MODULATION, PITCH and GATE outputs and DRUM track with 8 separate trigger outputs for control of analog synthesizers, Eurorack and drum machines .
Each of the Melody (x3) tracks has 16 patterns, each with a max. 64 steps and the drum track Drum (x1) has 16 subtracts, also with max. 64 steps that can be played, chained and edited in various ways. Melodic tracks and patterns can be edited in several modes (GATE, PITCH and MODULATION), so you can edit the information sent by the sequencer in each of these steps in many interesting ways. The outputs of the DRUM track can be adjusted to match the polarity and voltage of the connected equipment.
The Sync In & Out connection lets you seamlessly control all your other Korg devices, such as the Volca, Minilogue, Monologue, Minilogue XD, Prologue and many more!

The SQ-64 has 64 button pads illuminated by LEDs, which allow you not only to have a complete visual overview, but also super fast and pleasant to edit using encoders and specialized mode buttons that simplify and speed up your workflow. Each step has graduated lighting; the higher the modulation value, the stronger the button lights up to have a clear picture of what is happening in the sequence.
The OLED display is crystal clear, clear and visible from any angle, so you have access to all the information you need, whether you're making music at home, in the studio or playing live!
The 3 melodic tracks contain the MODULATION output, so each step in your sequence can create complex modulations of your choice, greatly expanding the possibilities of creating sound.

Real-time control:
With the SQ-64 you can create incredible sequences, it includes several functions and modes that allow you to edit on the fly and control any of your devices in real time.
The 64-pad matrix can also be used as a keyboard. The flexibility of the SQ-64 is far from over here. The tool has several memories for the overall configuration (each of them can be assigned several scales and a number of other parameters).
