Everything OK, but I am not satisfied with the communication with the agent via chat. When I was ordering the amplifier, I asked via chat if the amplifier also comes with a battery, and the agent wrote to me that it does, but the amplifier came without a battery. When I called customer service, they asked for written proof that the agent wrote it to me, but, lo and behold, there is no history of communication with the agent via chat. I don't know if the agent did it on purpose, but I didn't expect something like this. Now I have to order the battery from somewhere else. It's stupid to me that an amplifier that runs on batteries comes without a battery or that it can't be bought separately from them, but what's the point.. on Thomann it is clearly written that the battery does not come with the amplifier and it can be ordered separately. In short, you have an unsatisfied customer who does not order more from you.
